Public email provider checker

Identify Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and other public inboxes.

Free · No signup · Uses Piisend public API with Turnstile

Public email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are legitimate inboxes — not disposable. Many apps treat them differently from corporate domains for fraud scoring or B2B gating.

This checker flags known free providers so you can route signups, trials, or verification steps accordingly.

For developers

Call the Intelligence API from your backend with a Piisend API key. No Turnstile token needed — Turnstile is only for this browser checker. See integration guides.

FAQ

Is a public provider the same as disposable?

No. Disposable means a throwaway inbox that expires. Public providers are permanent mailboxes on shared domains.

What about custom domains on Google Workspace?

This tool matches the domain part only. A @yourcompany.com address on Google Workspace will not match gmail.com.
