Cloudflare DNS Setup Guide for Piisend Domain Verification

This step-by-step guide helps you configure DNS records in Cloudflare to verify Sending, Receiving, and Tracking for your custom domain (or sending subdomain like mail.yourdomain.com) on Piisend.

⚠️ Important Cloudflare Note: For Piisend DNS verification, ensure all CNAME records are set to DNS Only (Gray Cloud 🔘), NOT Proxied (Orange Cloud 🟠).

Step 1: Log into Cloudflare & Access DNS Settings

  1. Log into your Cloudflare Dashboard.
  2. Select your domain (e.g., yourdomain.com).

  • TTL: Auto

Step 3: Add Receiving Records (MX Records)

1. Primary MX Record

  • Type: MX
  • Name: @ (or subdomain like mail)
  • Mail Server: mxa.piisend.com
  • Priority: 10
  • TTL: Auto

2. Secondary MX Record

  • Type: MX

  • Mail Server: mxb.piisend.com
